Unhappy Coolant leak from the back of the engine

Hello all, I have a 2010 3.8 DGC SXT 156000 miles. I have been having problems with P0401 code which was for the EGR valve and gasket. I replaced the valve twice, the gaskets and finally the tube for the code to finally clear after about 400 miles of driving. Now I go to get the vehicle inspected and the tech asks if I had work done recently, which I had the oil pan replaced as well as the motor mounts and the gaskets involved. Tech tells me that I have coolant leaking from the back of the engine. HAs anyone experienced this and what can I do to avoid bringing this back to a shop? I'm limited to my DIY capabilities.
