[5th Gen : 08+]: P0302 2018 Caravan 3.6 ltr V6
Morning All,
Check engine light came on last night on the freeway. OBDII reports P0302. Car has about 80,000 miles on it.
Reading around here, it looks like it might be the rocker arms or lash adjusters?
I see earlier engines had a cylinder head problem, but that was cured from 2013 on?
I will go swap coil and plug with other cylinders and see if the code moves, but from the reading it seems unlikely?
Has anyone cured a P0302 by changing coil or plug or wiring? Or is it nearly always compression/valves related? Do any of these more recent engines suffer from the leaking/holed cylinder head?
Appreciate any advice or confirmation of the above assumptions.
Thanks,
John
