hi hope i can get some Tech advice


i have no driver side headlight i traced the wire to the TIPM wire is good.
driver side front turn single fails wile driving. wires are good to the TIPM
The fan blower is dead but the rear one works wire is good to the TIPM

I've seen a few pics of the inside of the TIPM but im am guessing there is 0 schematics out there and the IC's that are on the board are way to small to handle the current to drive any of the systems other then the 9 relays i see. the relays i do see from pics seem to work fine and the systems that they control are working fine.
so what is going wrong with the "TIPM"? is this something i can just take apart Clean up re-solder some bad traces and reassemble?

I need to get Caravan fix Asap my wife's car a chevy Trax the AWD locked up so its suck in 4x4 now she cant drive it and we only had the car for 2 and a half years dealer wont do anything told us to pound sand owe $9,000 on it still, we where given this Van because it's going to be like $4,000 to fix her car. I'm just gating to take the unit apart on the Caravan inspect and clean it out it. it seems the problems are from all the interconnect inside and battery corrosion that creeps up the batterie cable is not helping any thing..
i have the ability to solder SMD and large surface mount Chips and work on circuit boards in my home workshop. taking this thing apart shod be a cakewalk for me i just spent the day reverse engineering the cars electrical system that's not working so i am certain its that TIPM.
