[3rd Gen : 96-00]: Ignition Harness with 4 connectors?
Hello fellow Caravaners,
New to this forum and to Caravans. I recently purchased a 1998 Caravan SE with a wheelchair conversion. The electronics for the wheelchair didn't work and were needlessly complex, so when I began having a no-crank issue I removed the conversion electronics.
My subsequent diagnostics led me to replace the ignition switch, which did not solve the problem. It did call my attention to a dilemma of sorts. The ignition harness has a 4th plug that I have not found a place for. It has 3 wires. Black, Orange, and red with yellow stripe. It was plugged into the conversion wiring originally, so I have no idea what it was originally supposed to connect. Wiring diagrams I have found only show 3 connectors, but this is obviously part of the stock harness.
Does anyone know of an option for a 4th connector?
