[5th Gen : 08+]: 2010 Grand Horns still not working after replacement.
Hello again.
My horn pad isn't blowing my horns. Both horns were removed from the frame (leaving the wiring in place) and jumper wires connected the horn ground bolts to the negative post on the battery. With my test light clipped to the positive battery post; the horn wiring tabs were each touched up individually. For each touch up, the horn pad was pressed. The test light came on each time and the horn relay clicked. The horn was silent each time.
I bought 2 new universal horns and performed the same tests, with the same results.
Anyone out there have an idea what the problem could be?
Thanks, Al007

Here's an update on my horn problem. Eventually I realized that the relay must be the problem. I bought a Farbin air horn and relay kit via Amazon for $45 and hooked it up to 1 of the existing horn wires. A separate circuit to the battery linked the relay. The horn now works.
