Purchased a dodge caravan with braun conversion (for our son’s power wheelchair). So discouraged because we had to buy a new transmission at only 81,000 miles. Now are told we have to spend thousands on the engine at only 95,000 miles. Have reached out to dodge and have basically been told sorry, but there’s no help from the company. I was hoping dodge would stand behind their product and make things right. I am trying to figure out who to reach out to for help. It is crazy for the transmission and engine to both have problems before 100,000 miles. This is an important vehicle for us because it is the only one that can transport our son in his power wheelchair. Does anyone have any suggestions?
