Hello,

I just got van back after dealer had transmission rebuit and I noticed a new issue.
only had van less then 3 weeks.

I notice the chime does not work at all for anything.
No seatbelt sound, no key in ignition, no lights left on and anything else where chime should work.

So I was told to check fuse M13 which tested fine.
Is there anything else that could be causing the issue?
Could it have been disabled by someone with a good obd programmer/scanner or is last choice the instrument cluster?
And if it is the cluster could that mean someone swapped it out to change mileage in it?

Hey Guys,

Never mind about my post as I got the answer.
Seems its a glitch with Uconnect and HFM need firmware update.
I just downloaded Firmware from Chrysler and will try tto update it on weekend as its going to take up to an hour.
