Default 2010 Grand Caravan Losing Power Under Acceleration

2010 Caravan 3.3L loses power when pressing the pedal 1/4 the way down it seems. The only code is for a dead upstream O2 sensor. Thought it was the pedal sensor but using live readings from the scanner show it is responding when pressed with no dead zone, and it happens with cruise as well. The throttle shows it is responsive as well to the throttle body is being opened. It seems the long-term fuel trim is dropping to -32.8 when this happens, so it seems that fuel flow is being restricted but unsure why. I noticed this happening when the motor was cold and it rarely happened. At that time I had the O2 code, EGR code, and Evaporator Solenoid code. I replaced the EVAP and EGR, cleared codes, and only the O2 remained. I had a MAP high voltage code a few days ago so I popped it out, cleaned it, reinstalled, and cleared codes. So far just the O2 remains. I watched for any misfires in mode7 of the scanner and had maybe 8 in total across a few cylinders after a 30 minute drive. Any suggestions?

Welp I fixed it with the IT Crowd method of turning it off and back on again. Specifically disconnecting the battery and leaving the key on for a few hours to force a "relearn" of some sort. Runs fine now... shrug
