Dirty TCC on the left and clean on the right!!!

Nothing like a quick respray of some black high temp paint to freshen up something that no one will see.

I need to power-wash my driveway. Never enough cardboard.

Old one out of the valve body.

Fresh filter in and Fresh ATF+4 (went with Valvoline).

I did all this, cleared the codes with my scanner, and drove around the block completely drip free. After about 50 miles.... DING!!!! The only code is P0740. Sad part is that I replaced the torque converter about 40,000 miles / 4+ years ago with an "TC reman" from Autozone. Now I have to pull the transmission again.

Lesson if not already out there... If you get the P0740, you might as well get a torque converter as well. LOL
