Default Bushings?

Has anyone had problems with their Sway Bar Bushings???

I have a 2001 Caravan with 80K, I have replaced the Bushings 2X already.
The last time I replaced the sway bar links too!
The bushings ware quickly and start to KLUNK after about 8-10 months.... this is crap if ya ask me.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Dave

Its been a problem since the begining of time, just not as often. The NS vans (96-00) used to have the same problem. How long is a piece of rubber supposed to last that has a big piece of metal rubbing against it? I've had to replace them on 04 and 05 vans already. Maybe its because they are in a bad location and a lot of dirt and grit gets up there and wears them faster.

I am having the same problem with my 2001 Grand Caravan.

I'm on my 3rd Sway bar End Link Purchase. I have never replaced the sway bar bushings.

These ones have a grease plug on both ends. They still died on me 6 months later.

The new sway bar links available from Chrysler are gold colored and last much much longer. I have yet to see a pair of those fail and they have been around for a couple years now.
