Thanks for all the info. Is there anything else to watch out for on these vans? I was thinking of sanding off the rust on the strut tower and putting some primer and paint on before it gets too bad. I ask about the ambient air temp semsor on another post. The temp reading on the overhead console doesnt read right. I dont know what the sensor for it is called or where its located. Is it the Ambient sensor? There is a sensor behind the license plate thats cracked. I was thinking that its the one but not sure. Ill give the quick learn a try. Tranny seems to shift great other than that.

 

The temp sensor is the one behind the license plate. Nothing to watch for, same wear parts as on other vehicles. If you live where it snows, don't spin the front wheels excessively if the van gets stuck.
