I am having problems with my 97 Grand Caravan.

The airbag light has been on for some time and the cruise hasn't been working. I found a post that linked to the Dodge site and put my VIN in and found out a Clockspring recall has been issued that should fix this.

I also recently have had the horn stop working, the windshield wipers come on as they please and I cannot turn them off. Also the wiper fluid won't work, I don't even hear the motor for the pump.

Are these all related since they function off of the steering column?

 

Have the clockspring replaced first, the wiper problem may be a bad multi-fuction switch on the column. There is a Service Bulletin out on this problem.
