with the doors unlocked
the release button above the license plate doesn't do anything. the liftgate button on the remote doesn't do anything,
the only way to open the lift gate is to insert the key and turn and pull.
It doesn't have power lift gate.
it does have power locks and the liftgate latch motor does work verified that with a 6 volt battery.
it seams there is no power going to the liftgate latch motor.

can anyone help does it need to be programed by dodge?
what gives?
I can see that i will need to buy a factory service manual for this van that i just bought, shame cause it is the only thing that doesn't work.

 

check under the hood in the fuse and relay block to see if there is a relay for just the liftgate, or maybe just a fuse for it. hope this helps
