while ideling or driving, my gages will drop to 0, the indicator lights(seatbelt, gas, airbag, alarm) will flash on and off. the radio and windows work fine while the lights are going off/on. there are no engin problems(no stutters or hickups)

any idea what i cna look into?

 

Bad ground and battery posts should be first. Clean the posts and connectors and tighten them really good. Next find and clean all grounding points.
