Default need help with brakes on 94 Grand Caravan

its my brothers car and he left it for me. i had to replace a couple of parts and need to get it safity inspected. the problem right now is whenever i hit the brakes the "brake" and "abs" light flashes for a second. followed by a noise which i think is some kind of pump. the van stops, I don't know how well it stops because i can only campare it to my other cars, and i don't expect a heavy van to stop quite like a normal car.

however this is the only thing keeping it from passing a safety inspection right now. bled all the brakes, and 3 out of the 4 wheels bled fine. however the front passanger would not bleed. air keeps coming out no matter what. so i ditched the mity vac bleeder and had my gf manually pump it while i was under the car, and same result. there is a supply of air somewhere. i inspected all the hoses and everything looks fine. i notice the "pump" noise under the car.

is there some kind of abs pump (since the abs light comes on this is my guess) that might be leaking? and is it possible to leak only to the passanger front wheel? how much and how easy will this part be to replace on myown?

thanks for any advices.

I don't think that you can bleed ABS brakes the same way as you would non-abs
