Hi

I'm hoping someone can help me out. The driverside windshield wiper came loose on my 94 caravan and it now just flops around at will. The manual says to flip up the hinge on the wiper arm but mine doesn't just "flip up"!! Is there a trick to this seemingly simple instruction??

 

There was a recall on that wiper issue. Go to a dealer and have them run your VIN. Parts are still available.
