I have two dash board speakers on a 1998 Grand Caravan and one has a loose wire ... but I can't figure out how to get to it ... help?

 

On top of the dash. The top separates from the padded dash.
Gently pry the top up. A good location is between the ABS indicator light and the center stereo console.
Its held in place with push down clips. And once you get the first clip up the rest can be popped up easy.
Be warned, Its easy to damage the padded dash, so go gently prying.
The entire top section will come out .
