I've noticed over the last few weeks my van is taking a few extra cranks to get started. It used to fire right up as soon as I hit the starter. Now it wants 2-3 seconds of cranking before it starts.

The starter is cranking at speed as I just put a new battery in. What are folks suggestions? Any TSBs anyone can point me towards?

 

One possiblity is that your fuel pump is going bad. When you turn the ignition on, listen to see if you can hear a humming sound, that would be the fuel pump kicking on. You may want to go to a garage and have them test the fuel pressure. There could be some other possibilities. Have you tried searching the forum for other posts where they list the same problem?
