Grand Caravan parts compatibility

I recently purchased a 2002 Grand Caravan. I am wondering what other model years share interchangeable parts- both mechanical and interior (seats, to be exact). Anybody? Thanks!!

The 2001 too 2007 grand caravan and the 2001 to 2007 town and country have a lot of interchangeable parts
