1996 Caravan and the fuel pump quit. I checked and found that there isn't any power going to the fuel pump. I checked the fuse and it's fine I replaced the relay with a known good one and still nothing. The relay is also getting power from the shut down relay. Any ideas? If I put power to the pump it runs.
