I have a 99 Plymouth Grand Voyager -- basically the same van as the Caravan ...anyway

Twice now, ater a week or so of sitting, when I first start the van the instrument cluster is dead. No Tach, gas gauge, idiot lights, mileage display .. nuttin' -

Anyone have this problem before ? Check MOM and fuse panel description. Nothing refers to the instrument cluster.

Sounds like cracked solder joints on the cluster PC board. PC solder joint fix.

You probably will be helped by having the manual for dash top/trim removal instructions. It's not a hard job and takes about 2 hours, start to finish
