THis noise only occurs while turning to the right at slow speeds, like turning into driveway or at an intersection. I do not notice the noise at any other time. I cannot duplicate the noise while parked, must be moving slightly. ANy ideas?

 

It could be rust build up an a rotor. A wheel bearing or a cv joint is another possibility.
