My 1996 Grandcaravan, 3.8L has lost power to all the "air controls", no heat, no air, no rear wiper, this whole control unit is not getting power. After a rain storm something shorted out, horn started blowing. Turn signals do not work, yet the "emergency flashers" do. Wipers work, radio works (no power to volume booster). Van runs great, starts great...but inside fuse to ignition switch blows (dead short??) Power distribution center (under hood, driver side) the Interior lights fuse 'dead short'. Checked blower motor runs fine, just no power to it. Any suggestions?
