I need the location of the Blower motor resistor. ( Is the one how control the speed of the A/C-Heater Blower).
I need to change it but I don't know where is it.

under the hood back on the firewall passangers side above the alternator close to the strut tower
my vans gone(shopping) i would have posted a pic showing it

looked in the manual and this is all i could find you can just see it in the upper right corner

Other thing is tha there is no screws! How can you change it? make a hole? Drill?

 

oops forgot to tell you that
its a snap in fit
basically one-time use i broke mine up with a long screwdriver(flat head) and hammer just on the outside of the plug in once its broken or cracked you should be able to remove it
this will release the stress on the locking tabs

you can see in the pic the metal tab that lock it in
