I need help. The starter relay is clicking. Van will not start. Gauges flash.

 

What condition is the battery? Done load test on it? Cleaned the battery terminals? (even if they don't look bad) All the connection at starter checked and clean. Ground from battery to frame checked and clean? Start simple

 

The rule seems to be: one click = starter, many clicks = battery.
