95 Caravan No locks, int lights, radio

Default 95 Caravan No locks, int lights, radio

I installed a remote starter and used the wires from the other starter that did not work. I know that the wiring for the starter was correct and the remote does work and start the van. The problem is that there were two wires for the locks and 1 for the trunk lock. I hooked up the other wires and have presently dissconnected them due to my problems. I have tried to resolve by dissconnecting the remote starter by no success. These wires for locks go to a module that is located in the middle of the frontbehind the l compartment that is below the ashtry. It is located near the floor. There are two electronic modules near this area and one is above the other.
My question is , what are these modules for and can one of these affect my radio(no power), interior lights and power locks all at the same time. I suspect something got scewy with the wiring and blew one of these modules up.
Yes I have checked every fuse that is located on the drivers side fuse panel.

Any other sugestions. ?

By the way the van has a factory remote lock / unlock /trunk that does not work now either.

Check the fuse for the cigarette lighter, feeds a lot of circuits other than the lighter.

Just to let you know that the problem is fixed. It was a fuse under the hood that was labelled Ignition even though the car did start. Also I had to replace the bcm module as the door locks did not work with the remote.
