2001 Caravan Headlight Problem

2001 Caravan Headlight Problem
LT side daytime running light is ON, RT side is OFF.
LT side regular headlight is OFF, RT side is ON.
LT side high beam is ON, RT side is OFF.
Bulbs are not the probelm. I traced the leads back to the engine compartment fuse panel and have continuity on all (6) leads, so it's not a bad ground or break in the wires. I also checked all of the engine compartment fuses and relays and all seem good.
Any helps or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
