'03 ES - heater blower always on plus...
I've read where this symptom (heater blower remains on high continuously) is cause by a malfunctioning resistor block. But my caravan has electronic climate control with the infrared zone sensor. The resistor block for this is completely different then what I've heard membershere talk about.
So my question is, would this be the cause of my problem? I find it hard to believe that a design flaw as obviously as this looks would carry over onto another completely different design. But maybe that’s whyit’ssoeasily accessible.
The price for this is substantially higher so I just want to be sure

Yes it is due to that part. Called a blower motor control module. It shorts internally causing the motor to run continuously. You can pull the glove box door down and unplug the module to get the motor to shut off for now, unless you found the fuse!
