The rear defroster doesn't work. The dash light is on. I checked all the fuses (near the parking brake) and
near the battery. The window strips seem fine and undamaged. What to try next?

 

I have the same thing wrong with my 98 Caravan. Let me know if you find out how to fix it.

 

if the relay clicks use a volt meter to check the contacts on the window
there a soldered lug on each side + and -

mine was just corrosion from themoisture on these
unpluggedsanded the lug plugged back in
might be an easy fix
