94 Caravan- Blower Motor
I have a '94 Caravan, yesterday morning during the great sleet storm of the Northeast my van ran great. In the evening, I fired it up, but I had no heat. The blower was not working and I kept blowing the fuse.
Solution: I placed my wifes' hairdryer on HIGH heat blowing into the vent ports. After a while, I saw heat being expelled on the outside of the windshield. Flipping the fan control switch quickly from Off to High and back to Off every few minutes (Prevents from blowing the fuse again). After about an hour of this procedure, the fan blower started working again. I could hear the ice breaking away. I let the heater run on High for another hour. Problem solved.
