Hi All,

After spending much time trying to diagnose the problem, which included replacing the front pass. strut and sway bar bushings, I have finally found the source of the klunk / rattle I hear from the right side when hitting bumps: The (non power) sliding door.

If I grab the door handle and pull up and down, I can see that there is an inch or so of free play in the door. I was reading the autozone repair guide, and have some ideas of what to try to adjust. However, before I starting turning things and pssible making the alignment even worse, I was wondering if anyone had experience with this problem, and if so, could they pass on some tips or words of wisdom before I attack this thing in the next few days.

Update:

I went ahead and adjusted the door as much as I could using the screws, but there is still a certain amount of play in the door that causes it to rattle. Is there a bump stop system in there that I am missing?
