Default solid rear conversion

does one exist as of yet? im just not a fan of an IRS setup.

courious what woild be the advntage of putting a solid rear in it? That why the Mustang is always being held back in handeling. There is a reason the corvette handled well all these years since it always had IRS and disc all the way around. Have you driven or own one of these cars, im pretty impressed with the stock suspension. Should be even better, I am ordering the stage 2 kit from mopar.

the solid rear is better for putting power to the ground, where the IRS is better for the turns...hence the traction issues with the 03-04 cobras...

Precisely!! Also why you see the lack of IRS in the GT500.

As far as conversions, may want to do some research and see if any of the Drag Pak folks have documented their efforts. Most are placing Dana 60's or equivalent brutes in their race Challengers - hopefully someone shares all the specs.
