Ditch the prop rod holding your hood up and order the gas prop kit from Mopar p/n 82212094...about $52 MSRP...Installs in minutes!

I just bought a 2010 challenger without a sunroof, but I want to have one installed in the Spring. does anyone have any thoughts on having an aftermarket sunroof/moonroof installed??

The technology of aftermarket sun roofs are much better than they used to be. We all used to hear about how bad those setups were, be it leaking to shoddy components. We were kind of worried about it when we had one installed in our 2002 Suburban, but it did great for the 6 years that it sat outside. Only time it ever leaked was when you left it open.

I say do it.

To me that is a scary thing to have done. I know the technology is better today but still if it leaks you are at the mercy of who installed it to fix it.

I have an 09 Challenger SRT8, fully loaded with auto-trans. Awesome car! I highly recommend it. ;-)

I almost bought a used red R/T Classic while back, had 3,000 miles... $13,000 down and at the last min, backed out. Did not want the payment. Test drove some LSx's cars. C5 Corvettes, Trans Ams. Went bang for the buck 98 Trans Am Ram Air... Loved the car so much and also the worse mistake of my life. Should have bought a C5 Zo6 or the R/T.

Nice ride!! Last October while at the dealer finishing up paper work on my truck a young couple walked in and wanted to test drive a new Challenger and told the salesman they might be interested. The salesman told them that they don't give out free test drives, he then went on to say if they had a pending offer that he would give them a test drive. After hearing that I asked my salesman how in the hell do you expect someone to buy a car without a test drive, he said people who can afford that vechicle know it speaks for itself. He also stated that the owner of the dealership didn't want people test driving and beating on the car.

I just bought a 2010 SE and I love it. I would like to get a bit more power out of it though.
