Default Challenger R/T Radio Upgrade Question

I'm upgrading the standard RT console (Media Center 130 w/ U-Connect handsless calling/dialing), to the 730N.

http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/quality/rer/

My concern is that on this page it states that Uconnect™ Phone and Voice Command are vehicle options which must be ordered separately. The buttons on the radio will only be active if the vehicle has been equipped with the option.

Yet, my 130 has this feature and it works fine. I can push the "call" or voice button on my steering wheel and it uses uconnect to answer or dial out through my phone. Do I need to order a new UConnect module in order to get this working when they upgrade to the 730N at the dealership?

No, it should plug right in.

Cool

You will need a wiring harness to connect the mirror mic to the new radio. Should be part #82211666. Or you can just get a separate mic, #82211743ab.
