I installed a powered flip-up front plate holder called the "Show and Go". Mine is installed dead center under the chin spoiler. You really got to watchout when nosing into parking spots so you dont smear the plate off. Over time on a daily driver, I found this setup starts to get choked up on road dirt n grime. Not that offroad but it just gets dirty under a car. I use a dry spray lube (same as whats used to spray in locks) on the cable.
You get 2 remotes with kit. When remote controlling, you gotta hold down the flipup or flipdown button until the plate is either up or down. I've been keeping mine stowed down and figure if I get pulled over for whatever reason, I'll have the plate flipped up by the time I'm stopped.

How hard is it to istall. Is it sturdy? Can you put pics of yours so we can see what it looks like on the Chally?

Was easy for me. Your mileage may vary. Sig pic shows it in its stowed position. When it flips up it looks the one in the video except dead center on the chin spoiler. In it's stowed position, I've managed to scrape the plate a couple times while driving but thats more from me getting in a rush than anything. Don't drive fast into a speed bump or steepish up slope of a parking lot. Overall I think its maybe 3/4 inch lower than the bottom of the front spoiler. I wouldnt mount it on the front of a 4x4 but is fine on a nice car.
I have front and rear cameras also; the front cam is positioned centered in the lower grill opening and is not obstructed by the plate when it flips up although I can see the get a visual confirmation of whether the plate is up or down via the video feed. http://www.coastaltech.com/MYGIG.htm for all that.
