hi guys , i own an iphone 4s which worked perfectly until yesterday with my challenger R/T 130 media center (RES) , i was in a business trip for 30 days when i came back , it wasnt connecting anymore. I didnt do any updates on my phone. I tried everything to make it work again , tried to reset , delete , erase all settings. The phone pairs , connects for the first time.... then when i try to use it , it says "phone not available" even if the phone shows the bluetooth as connected just after i paired it. Sometimes the bluetooth audio streaming works , but not all the times. I downloaded a RES 2012 update and installed on my media center , the update was a success but still same results. I tried to call dodge and they told me a sad history saying 4s is not compatible , wtf it worked for 8 months!
I tried to pair with another phone to see if it was really only my phone or a uconnect issue but other phone worked perfectly which means it doesnt seem to be a hw problem. i dont know what else to do, uconnect hands free is ESSENTIAL for me , my 4s runs ios 5.1.1...does anyone have an idea?

 

Try rebooting the phone. I have to reboot my 4 & 4S both a few times a month.
To reboot the iPhone, press and hold both the home & power buttons till the white Apple appears,, then release them. The phone will now reboot. Try it out now.
