Hello!
So long story short, someone backed into my car. So its popped out now and I'm not sure how to get it back into place. Does anyone have any ideas or perhaps have dealt with this?

Take it to a body repair shop, they maybe able to do it cheap and they got the know how too.

 

the 3 slots in the fascia are made to clip into a plastic bracket attached to the fender. if the bracket tabs are not broken you should be able to push it in and back over the tabs on the bracket. you may have to loosen the front screw that retains the tip of the fascia to the fender...its under the wheel well liner.
