Hello all...I have a 12 Challenger 5.7L with warped cylinder heads, machine shop says they are 12,000 over, told only options are to replace heads, getting conflicting info on it being ok to resurface and all will be good..Hate to spend $1100 on 2 new heads when I can get away with a resurface or resurface heads and blow the motor. DECISION'S DECISIONS.... Thanks in advance.

 

Hey guys. I have a 12 Challenger 5.7L with blown headgasket machine shop says 12,000 over, if I have them resurfaced will that be ok or possibly damage engine? Caught in the middle of gambling or buying new heads. Thanks in advance.
