Actually the Plymouth name could still be used, just like the Dodge, Chrysler, Mercedes Benz, Jeep, AMC and Eagle names, they are all owned by Daimler Chrysler. So there would only be one model of Plymouth, the Barracuda.

I thought the Plymouth version of the Neon was the Breeze?

Yes, the Breeze was the Plymouth version of the Stratus. The name Neon applied to both Dodge and Plymouth versions.
