The picture is not entirely accurate... Resulting paper chunks are much coarser, and are typically sprinkled with a healthy dose of dismay. Whistles cost about a quarter, ok maybe a you can find one at the dollar store. If you like the whistle sound, buy a whistle. If youwant more power find a different technology.

And I thought TBS was a TV channel...

You two got it right -- I've heard about those horse collars, but thought nothing of them -- just like the four barrel carb ones years ago... good in therory, or maybe at 10,000 RPMs, but not in practice.
