hey well i kinda need help i just traded my 99 svt cobra for a2007 dodge charger r/t and i was wondering what would be the best kind of headers x-pipe and exhaust i should get or something cause im really clueless about this

Welcome to the forum and congrats on getting a Charger dominckcano2008.
Here is a good place to start =click on this link=> search for exhaust in the charger section
As you will find the exhaust thing is very subjective. Coming from a SVT Cobra you might want to look at Magnaflow or Flowmaster their throatier than others like Borla, Corsa or Zoomers.
