Mopar,
Personally, I would not disable it. Now, don't get me wrong here, but the function of it can actually save your rear in a sudden emergency situation if you are not on your game. I find I keep it on most of the time.Unless you are a skilled, trained, professional with training in the Charger, I'd leave it.

I can scorch my rear tires by pushing the ESP button whichshows the little yellow carwith thesquiggly tire marks on the dash. After goofing around, I put it backON to keep me from completely returning to 18 years old again... and to keep the car under sensor help control... perfect to when that deer darts out in front of you or a kid on a bike...

Should you always keep the ESP on even if it's not wet outside? I was using it today and it comes in handy andI'm not use to driving a car with traction control I need it I live in WA I wish I would of had this car last fall and winterthe ESPwould of really helped my *** out.

It doesn't hurt for it to be on all the time. The car "defaults" the ESP to on everytime you shut it off. I drive mine with it off most of the time. But if the weather turns bad, then I either leave it on, or turn it back on.

I agree Dave, I don't drive around w/ESP disabled, my ESP in on 99% of the time.

MoparMJM, look at NoESP, they make a slick circuit board you can install that works w/the existing ESP button. Just add .com to noesp and you should find their web site.

If you search for ESP you should find all sorts of threads.

I am keeping my ESP stock.

A few guys I know have a turbo 5.7 R/T and the ESP was making the car slip on the dyno, so they were looking for a way to fix it.

Personally I like having theoption to completely disable ESP.

Once it running right please post up information on that Trubodyno. I'm sure folks on the forum will be keeping an eye on this thread.
