I think your asking the wrong question. You should not ask if they fit. Instead try matching new rotors to to the existing calipers. I will bet that someone has some nice slotted or drilled rotors that are "matched" to the calipers. The rotor and caliper are part of a system and should be very carefully upgraded, because your life may depend on it.
