Default Turning off the seat belt ding

I'm sure this has been gone ove rmultiple times but I decided to ask without searching and see if you guys were as nice as the guys in the Ram section to people who don't use the search feature.

My brother has an 07 Charger and he asked me to ask you guys how to turn the seat belt ding off when the seat belt is not on. I turned mine off in my 06 ram with a series of procedures inbuckling and unbuckling the belt.

He just wants to know it so it doesn't ding if he goes to the drive up drive through and he must turn his seat belt off or move his car a short distance, same reason I turned mine off.

Just a disclaimer, I wear my seat belt every time I drive my truck more than about 10 feet from my house, so does he.

Thanks guys.
