Default Problem With Window Tint

My passenger window rolls up slower that the other windowsand someone at the Dodge dealership said that it could be due to my window tint. I don't really believeit cause I've never heardof window tinting affectingthe way the window is rolled up, I kind of notice the window doing that before my windows were tinted and if that's the casehow come my other windows don't do the samething. So there going to replace the motor in the window hopefully that shouldwork.

Has anyone ever experenced anything like this before with window tinting?

I recall this topic before, anyhew that line of the "tint is affectingthe way the window is rolled up" is BS.

C35L,
I don't have tint and I have the same symptom (my driver's window is faster than the others).

MN have you got your window checked out to see what the problem was?

I got my passenger side motor or whatever it's called fixed today and it seems to be working the same like before and they said they can't do anything about it. They still think its my window tint that's causing the problemI'm gonna go to another Dodge dealership to get a second opinion.

C35L,

Idid not have it checked out -- actually, I figured it was "one of those things". But, for sure, my driver's window is noticibly faster.

My sons have tint in their JDM cars, and have never said anything about problems withthem(except when they were first freshly done they have a couple days to dry and "harden" ).

Unless it is giving you real problems, I think maybe it is "just one of those things" .
