Angry Problem with RAQ Radio

When I attempted to turn on my radio this morning, the radio would power on though I cannot hear any audio. I attempted to change the source from AM to FM to Audio CD and it still did not function correctly. The only other problem that I had with my car this morning is that my remote start (factor installed) would not start the car. It was a little cold out this morning (by little I mean -17F) so I am hoping that it is just the temperature outside that has temporarily affected it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before.

**Update** I spoke with the dealership to make an appointment and they said that they have had a few problems with the amplifier in the RAQ blowing out the entire sound system. Guess I’ll find out on the 27th when I drop it off for service (I have to wait so long because I am traveling next week for work).

**Update 01/28/2009**
I received a call from the dealer yesterday morning from the dealer. My car required new lifters (due to an engine knock) which is covered under my extended warranty, a new thermostat which is not covered under my extended warranty so it’ll wait a week or so and the radio they have to get approval from Chrysler to replace under warranty because it is not the original radio that came with the car (from what the dealer said the original radio was the standard CD Player). Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Same deal with my starter...in cold weather, the lights blink, it goes clunk, and nothing. After that if I try to manually start, it will try...and then go tick, tick, tick, and I will have to boost the battery.

However, if I start manually, it will fire up....unless really, really cold.
