I so much want to buy a dodge charger but i dont want to get one now and a couple of months from now i see an all new dodge charger next to me at the light. So any idea if the 2010 dodge charger is going to look different than it is now?

 

Welcome to the forum, you have a good question.

I've had that feeling since late 06 LOL I got my Charger in August 05. Cars are like computers, when you buy one tell yourself it's not what you want because there will always be something newer the next month (in this case next year).

As far as the 2010 Charger... I heard lots of stories including their discontinuing the charger. You would think that a 2010 concept would be finalized and well published since it should be released to public within 6 months but I haven’t see it yet. If you see it post up and let us know.

 

But dont car companies release an all new design for their cars every specific number of years? Usually 5. If the 2010 charger is going to be a different design than the current one, then i will wait and buy it once its out, i could then drive the car in peace knowing that the next all new design wont come out til 5 years later...i wont keep the car for more than 3 years anyway, but 3 years of my model's design being the latest one is way better than it being history a few months after i buy it. You know what i mean? The current design will have been out for 5 years by 2010, anyone got any idea whether it will change?

 

All-new 2nd gen Charger will be 2011 model year (code "LD"). 2010 models will have same drivetrain as 2009, very few overall changes.
