I put Continental tires on mine (sorry, not sure exactly which ones they are....I can check tomorrow) & I really like them. They are actually a lot smoother than the original Michelins that were on it.

Continental are good tires too. They have good traction and smooth ride. but from my experience, They don't last as long as most michelin tires. usually you will see continental tires wear out around 35k.
