PCM problems

I had PCM Issuse about 3 weeks ago finally got them fixed,it was intermittent so we weren't sure what it was. After I found that out tried to order one BANG BACK ORDER,I called about 100 places finally got one out of Texas and had to get a new tune written.(just got my tune this week,my handheld crashed on me also )
