Exclamation 22inch U2 55s rims wont match up with HUB!!! NEED HELP!!!

Ok everyone I need some help here.
Just got my 22/9.5 inch U2 55s Rims yesterday. Tire size is 265/35/22
I took it to the dealer for them to put on. Right away the service manager told me these may not fit, and rub on the inner control arm. Later came back and told me that in the air his index finger just clears in inner part of the tire to the control arm in the front, and told me that was when the car was in the air, and when it’s lowered on the ground it might now work.
Any who, we were unable to even get that far. Here is the deal, the inner part of the rim does not fit the HUB ring on my car. It is slightly smaller on the rim. Has anyone had this issue? Or were these rims not made to spec for my charger?
I have a 2008 Dodge Charger SXT RWD (Dub Edition) already with 20s on it. I already called the rim company and they are going to replace these, but I just need info on those two things.
1. Will this tire / size once installed work once the car is lowered and off the lift.
2. Has anyone been through this HUB RING on both front and rear not matching up with the inner ring on the inside of the rim.
All info and comments would be great. Thanks all.

Heard it happening on AWD models but not the RWD models. I see Chargers with 22" on them all the time. Maybe the rim company just screwed up. LOL

Here is the thing, the Center Bore should be 71.5mm....The Rims they sent have a 74mm Bore. That should fit, however the Bore on my Charger is bigger then 74mm, is there any other Sizes out there? The dealer said that on my SXT RWD charger, i have everything that a R/T would have minus the 5.7L HEMI.....So what gives??

Can anyone help me out.. I'm trying too get rims for my 2011 charger. I would like to put 22" on it.. But I've heard it's not that simply.. And the wrong type of rims could mess with my transmission somehow. Does anyone how I could speak to about it?
